Dr. Nguyen is a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon who specializes in robotic surgery, advanced laparoscopy, and hysteroscopic surgery. He is core faculty for the Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Good Samaritan University Hospital. His professional memberships include American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). He has presented his surgical techniques multiple times at AAGL's annual global conference and has presented his innovative approaches to OBGYN resident education multiple times at the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO).
While in fellowship, he was trained in benign gynecologic surgery as well as urogynecologic surgery and gynecologic oncologic surgery. His fellowship also included extensive endometriosis surgery experience. Because he was trained by high-volume, expert endometriosis surgeons, he is unlikely to miss endometriosis lesions or be unable to complete a surgery because of its complexity.
